Gaszyn Challenge in DSSE
DSSE took part in a charity event - #GaszynChallenge, it is a nationwide campaign through which funds are collected for the treatment of children suffering from spinal muscular atrophy.
The whole initiative was started in the small town of Gaszyn, where the idea was born to do 10 push-ups, pay PLN 5 to Wojtek suffering from spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and nominate more people for the task. This is how the called Gaszyn Challenge started. Its reach in a short time covered almost all of Poland, thanks to which there were over 1 million 66 thousand on the account of the action. Achieving the goal, however, did not end the charitable endeavor - funds are constantly raised to support the treatment of other children suffering from spinal muscular atrophy.
DSSE joined the action after a nomination from our neighboring company, Electrolux. We indicated our other friendly companies: Yagi, Termaflex and Marconi to undertake the challenge and continue the action.
Any activity to help is immediately approved by the DSSE. The employees have shown their great hearts and commitment many times.
