Lean Trends Conference 2022
DSSE had the pleasure to take part at the annual Lean Trends 2022 conference at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz organized by the Lean Management Polska Association for the first time.
The Lean conference is a perfect place to exchange experiences and learn about new technological and organizational solutions.
The topics included classic Lean themes as well as new Trends. The following deserve distinction:
Lean Green to improve the productivity of processes so that our processes become decarbonized, resource-efficient, regenerative and circular.
LEAN Gamification - how the use of games can positively influence the effectiveness of controlling the principles and tools of LEAN Management and help in the fight against low involvement of employees in the suggestion system.
JIS - Beyond JIT - Implementing the Just in Sequence JIS concept. Just in Seqence is a new trend towards Just In Time to satisfy the customer. A real case study where the secrets of selection and change management are presented!
We hope that in the future we will also have the opportunity to participate in the conference, expand our knowledge, improve ourselves and our internal processes.
