Will DSSE Engineers start worldwide training project?

In a beautiful environment, HR representatives from all Daicel Corporation affiliates discussed about global succession planning and training trips for engineers to Japan and the United States. During the workshop, the competence model of "new generation leader" was developed.

From our technical staff’s point of view the most important are rules for "Global mobility". The main aim of this project is to provide opportunities for long-term mobility and training, exchange of experience, which value is priceless from the viewpoint of knowledge management. In practice, it means that our technical staff will be able to learn and develop their skills with the best engineers in Japan, United States, China or Thailand.
