Inspiring educational visits for young technical talents!
Our company willingly opens its doors to students of technical schools and universities, wishing to support young students of science in acquiring practical skills and knowledge related to their future professions.
Visits to Daicel are carefully planned with the educational needs of participants in mind, offering them the opportunity to explore the secrets of the automotive industry. Last month, we had the pleasure of hosting two unique groups - students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and students of the Mechanical Secondary School of from Złotoryja.
The purpose of the visits is not only to introduce students to our plant, but above all to provide them with a real look at the production plant. For many of them, this is their first contact with the reality of automated production, which is why our program includes a presentation of the company, products and career prospects at DSSE, a visit to our product development laboratories and the production hall.
Due to the roots of our company, we organized a unique Japanese-style lunch for our guests, which was an unforgettable and pleasant ending to the visit.
For us, cooperation with technical universities is not only an opportunity to share knowledge, but also a chance to identify potential talents.
