TALENTS FOR COMPANIES
DSSE was once again the patron of the 'TALENTS FOR COMPANIES' competition which took place on 12th of October 2022. This project focuses on increasing young people's interest in technical fields and helps develop skills such as integration at different age levels, cooperation, work organisation and punctuality, teamwork - skills very much needed in today's industry.
We patronised one of the teams, which consisted of pupils from the Primary School and the Mechanical School Complex. We supported our team in a project to build a ski lift.
Judging was based on the final product, the time taken to complete the task and the quality, precision and teamwork.
The DAICEL team took 3rd place. We are glad that we were able to show the Kaizen spirit to the young people and are pleased with our team's performance. We hope to win the competition next year.
